Our goal is to ensure a seamless and personalized experience in creating a beautiful keepsake from your cherished flowers!

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME?

Understand the Process: The preservation process takes time, as it involves a meticulous and detailed approach to ensure the flowers are dried properly. Flower drying can take several months to be done correctly, which is why our turnaround time for custom pieces is currently 4-6 months.  Depending on the complexity of the commission, we may not be able to provide an exact deadline, but this will be discussed with you at the time of booking.

Do You Accept Returns?

Because our products are custom made for each client, we do not offer refunds once your flowers are received by our shop. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. However, if a piece is damaged, please contact us immediately by phone or email to discuss the conditions under which we may be able to assist.

What Can I Expect from a Resin Preservation Piece?

Over time, all resins and epoxies will naturally amber. While I use high-performance resin with UV inhibitors to slow this process, some ambering is inevitable. With proper care and limited UV exposure, however, the color change will be gradual. Care instructions are provided with each preservation piece to help minimize this effect.

Each floral preservation is entirely unique, as no two pieces will be alike. Crafted by hand, you may notice small surface imperfections, like microbubbles, slight dust particles, or uneven edges, which are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the piece’s character.

How will my flowers look in resin?

All flowers change slightly when preserved in resin due to the chemical reaction with the natural petals. Most often we notice white flowers having a more yellow hue, and single-layer flowers with transparency. Other changes may occur due to the nature of the process.

Do you preserve Non-Wedding Flowers?

Absolutely! We preserve custom floral arrangements for all types of events and occasions beyond weddings, including funerals, memorials, proms, graduations, and more. Explore our custom collections for options in frames & resin pieces tailored to fit your special memories.

How Far in Advance Should I Place My Order?

We understand that the decision to preserve your florals may come after seeing them on your wedding day! We gladly accept last-minute orders for bouquet preservation, with bookings available from 6 months in advance up until the week of your wedding.

Please ensure your flowers arrive within 2-3 business days following the wedding.

Can I Ship My Flowers and Do You Deliver the Final Piece?

Currently, we are not accepting shipments for wedding preservation pieces, but we hope to offer this service before the year ends. In the meantime, you can drop off and pick up your bouquet in Rigaud, just 40 minutes from Montreal.

Disclaimer:

For your convenience, we offer bouquet pickup within a 30 km radius of Montreal for an additional fee.

If I Send Multiple Arrangements, How Will You Know Where to Use the Flowers?

To ensure your vision is met, please contact our Client Relations Team within a week of sending your bouquet with any special requests or preferences that may not have been mentioned during purchase. If we don’t hear from you within that time frame, our designers will use their professional expertise to craft your items using the flowers and materials provided. For guidance on which flowers are best suited for each product, please refer to our Ordering Guide.

UNIQUE VARIATIONS IN EVERY PIECE..

Each preserved piece is one of a kind, capturing the raw beauty and unpredictability of nature. Natural elements and handmade processes mean that no two preservations will ever look identical. This uniqueness brings an organic harmony and grounding quality to each creation.

However, along with their distinct beauty, handmade pieces can carry small imperfections—like tiny bubbles in the resin, subtle surface irregularities, or amber tones that emerge unexpectedly. While these details may alter the symmetry or smoothness of a piece, they add a unique character that celebrates nature’s intrinsic diversity and the artistry in “perfect imperfection.”

These elements don’t detract from the piece but instead enhance its charm, inviting you to embrace the natural beauty within each handcrafted detail.
